This AGREEMENT is entered into this_____day of________________,______ by
Bonnie Graham herein called the Stallion Owner.
and _______________________________________________________________
herein called the MARE OWNERS to breed to the
Stallion _____________________________________
MARE_____________________________________________
Reg.#___________________Breed________________ and hereby agree to sign and
return this Contract .

1. A BOOKING FEE of $100.00 will be charged to the MARE OWNER per
mare and is non refundable
2. The Breeding Fee balance (Breeding Fee minus Booking Fee) $500.00
will be paid in full by the MARE OWNER at the time a Licensed Veterinarian
confirms the mare to be in foal.
3. Collection and Shipping fees will be paid for, by the stallion owner, with the first shipment of Semen.
All additional shipments will be paid for by mare owner

4 The Stallion Owner will provide two bags of semen per container

5. LIVE COLOR FOAL GUARANTEE. The STALLION OWNER guarantees a live colored foal
that will stand and nurse at birth if she is provided with proof that the
mare has been immunized against Rhinopneumonitis at 5, 7 and 9 months of
pregnancy. If the foal does not stand and nurse and is not colored then MARE OWNER is entitled to a rebreed at collection and shipping fees only. Collection fee in this case will be $100.00 plus shipping.
If the mare is not in foal in the year bred. The MARE
OWNER is entitled to a free breeding with payment of collection and shipping
charges as stated above for the following year.

6. This Contract is non-assignable and non-transferable. Any semen
collected for the purpose of Artificial Insemination must be used with 36
hours of collection

7. PLEASE READ THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. When the MARE
OWNER signs this Contract and the Contract is accepted by the STALLION
OWNER, the Contract is binding on both parties.
